Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the cafe operations, cash handling, and customer service
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent service and adhere to company policies and procedures

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
