Senior Car Wash Maintenance Technician

Overview: Waterway Carwash has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Car Wash Maintenance Technician supporting multiple locations in Denver. This position performs and coordinates ongoing maintenance of car wash systems, technology, and facilities, while also managing preventative maintenance schedules, safety compliance, and project cost control. The Sr. Car Wash Maintenance Technician will work with the maintenance and store leadership teams to ensure high-quality maintenance, safety, and collaboration with each location's management team.

Responsibilities:

• Safety Leader - Act as a safety role model and provide leadership in workplace safety.
• Install, inspect, and repair car wash equipment, convenience store, and security systems.
• Monitor costs related to utilities, supplies, and building maintenance.
• Supervise and manage technicians, and provide guidance to other maintenance employees and store management.
• Assist management in workplace safety, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain building and grounds for facilities including landscaping maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Degree in a technical field OR a minimum of 5 years' experience in a maintenance-related field.
• Experience with motor control and three-phase power systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Able to work a flexible 5-day a week schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and non-traditional hours.
• Proficient in computer skills.

• Work outdoors year-round and be exposed to various environmental factors.
• Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and completing tasks at a fast pace.
• Excellent vision, hearing, and fluency in English.
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
