Full Desk Recruiter Position

Our growing client is seeking to add a new Full Desk Recruiter who has experience running full desk within a search firm, NO temp agency background unless it is followed by a perm search firm.

The verticals include manufacturing, engineering, A&F, IT but are expanding and welcome all professional niches. The positions are fully remote and candidates must live in PA, NJ, DE, MD, SC, NC, FL, or IL.

Must also be comfortable with either draw against commission or base plus tiered bonus.
