Required Skills:

1. Core Java (9+ years)
2. Multi-threading and Synchronization on multicore systems
3. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Principles
4. Solid architectural understanding of enterprise applications
5. Strong experience with REST based APIs
6. Spring/Hibernate
7. Oracle PL SQL Experience
8. Agile development experience
9. Excellent communication skills, oral and written; ability to face off to business users
10. Good teamwork skills, and the ability to work in a distributed global team environment
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Self-motivated with the determination to achieve his/her goals
