ABOUT THE JOB

The Tepa Companies are seeking a Human Resources Intern

Job Functions:

  • Assist with the maintenance of employment files
  • Assist with maintenance of I-9's and required audits
  • Assist with employment verifications
  • Assist with human resources software tasks
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, preparing documents, updating materials
  • Support safety and training initiatives
  • Assist with special HR projects and assignments
  • Other relevant duties as assigned

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, communication or other applicable major
  • Must be within two years of graduation
  • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
  • Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions
