Are you a visionary leader in real estate management with a passion for driving growth? We're looking for an experienced VP of Real Estate to join our team and lead the strategic expansion of our real estate portfolio. This role will oversee all aspects of real estate management, including site selection, negotiations, development, and facilities management, supporting the rapid growth of our multi-site, multi-state operations.

Mission:
As the VP of Real Estate, you will be responsible for building and executing a real estate strategy that aligns with our business growth goals. You will drive market assessments, identify expansion opportunities, manage our portfolio of leases, and oversee the development and execution of key real estate projects.

  • Expansion Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy that supports our company’s growth objectives.
    • Rank and prioritize geographic areas for expansion based on business needs and market dynamics.
    • Drive long-term real estate planning that aligns with the overall business strategy.
  • Market Assessment:
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in potential areas of expansion.
    • Stay informed on real estate regulations, market conditions, and property values to support decision-making.
  • Site Selection & Execution:
    • Identify and collaborate with brokers to select and negotiate prime locations.
    • Manage the company’s portfolio of leased and owned properties, ensuring smooth renewals and expansions.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 10+ years of real estate management experience, with a strong background in leading large-scale portfolios in corporate real estate for multi-site, multi-state organizations.
  • Proven success in supporting companies through rapid growth and expansion.

Market Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of real estate markets, financial analysis, and property management.

Negotiation & Project Management:

  • Strong track record in negotiating leases, managing complex real estate projects, and overseeing property development.

Analytical Skills:

  • Ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning, ensuring the company’s real estate strategy is both innovative and financially sound.
