The candidate selected to this role will join a team tasked with ensuring data management governance expectations are met for the Home Lending risk data environment (CLRTY) and play a contributing role with improvement/maintenance processes for the same data environment. This position requires significant collaboration with business partners inside and outside the Home Lending Risk organization to ensure governance expectations are in place and well documented while also partnering with data provider/use case owners who source their data from CLRTY to ensure that same data remains best in class.In this role, you will:Participate in less complex analysis and modeling initiatives, and identify opportunity for process production, data reconciliation, and model documentation improvements within Risk ManagementReview and analyze programing models to extract data, and manipulate databases to provide statistical and financial modeling, and exercise independent judgment to guide new and existing projects with medium risk deliverablesCoordinate and consolidate the production of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for more experienced managementPresent recommendations for resolving data reconciliation, production, and database issuesExercise independent judgment while developing expertise in policy governance, risk projects, and regulatory requestsCollaborate and consult with peers, managers, experienced managers, compliance, including various lines of businessRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Risk Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience with Home Lending portfolios, systems, and/or data environmentsExperience with RCSA, G&O Framework, Data Management Policy, and/or COSO PolicyCompliance/Operational Risk/Audit experienceSQL and/or SAS programming experienceExcellent collaboration skillInquisitive natureProven track record of managing multiple prioritiesExcellent documentation skillsStrong analytical skillExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present results and recommendations to managementPosting Locations:401 S Tryon Street, Charlotte, North Carolina600 S 4th St, Minneapolis, Minnesota800 S Jordan Creek Pkwy, West Des Moines, IowaJob Expectations:Ability to work at the approved location(s) in the job postingThis position offers a hybrid work scheduleThis position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position.
