Join our client in Dunwoody, GA a s a Benefits Coordinator. In the Benefits Coordinator position, you will answer benefit-related questions and ensure all team members are set up for success when it comes to using their company benefits.
This is a direct placement role with our client, hybrid role of 3 days in office.
What you’ll do:
As a Bilingual Benefits Coordinator you will play a key role in managing team member benefits, ensuring accurate administration, compliance with regulations, and providing assistance to team members with inquiries and enrollment processes
Job duties include:
- Oversee maintenance and administration of team member’s benefits and files.
- Manage benefits enrollments, terminations, beneficiary changes,and Qualified Medical Child
- Support Orders (“QMCSO”).
- Compose and send benefits related letters
- Monitor QMSCO, termedin error, STD, and other reports as needed.
- Communicate with carriers and team members receiving benefits to notify them of changes in coverage and to resolve problems.
- Provide directions, support and advice to team members regarding their benefits.
- Administer and monitor Annual Open Enrollment Process.
- Other job duties as needed.
YOUR MUST HAVES:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (“GED”).
- 2 or more years of experience in benefits administration and HRIS documentation
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Efficient in Word, Excel, Outlook,and the use of the internet.
- Knowledge of ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA,FMLA, ACA, and other applicable regulations.

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at a minimum of three days a week.
