Description

The Demand Generation Specialist works closely with Sales and Marketing to create engaging multi-channel programs that generate leads, move prospects through the buyer's journey and deepen our relationship with current CRM database members. Ensures all leads generated through inbound and outbound channels are vetted and efficiently handed over to Sales once qualified. This role will report to the Regional Marketing Manager.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead, coordinate, monitor and assist in the implementation of marketing initiatives which includes but are not limited to:

  • Inbound and Outbound lead processing that requires answering phones, processing website leads and CRM data entry
  • Assists in the execution of targeted multi-channel campaigns for lead generation
  • Develops compelling collateral and writes emails, individual and in series, for communication with future customers in targeted sectors
  • Creates email templates for the Sales team to use to communicate with their contacts about upcoming events, current promotions, and other relevant topics
  • Writes lead nurturing programs to accelerate movement through the demand generation funnel
  • Develops lead generation programs utilizing best practices for demand generation to drive successful customer acquisition and current customer upsell opportunities
  • Research accounts to identify target contacts and compile profile information to prepare them ready for database import
  • Collaborates closely with the sales team to understand their targets and lead cross functional strategic programs from top of funnel lead generation to strategic multichannel ABM campaigns
  • Vets contacts that come through inbound channels and passes qualified leads to the sales team with relevant background information that will enable informed follow up
  • May create and deploy email workflows, landing pages, and other digital assets in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights required to execute lead generation campaigns
  • Own the targeted campaign contact lists process including list synchronization between ZoomInfo, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights and Dynamics CRM, list development, and list maintenance
  • May own CRM quoting and order entry responsibilities for processing customer orders and ensuring they are
Requirements
  • Demand generation, account-based marketing, lead nurturing, or related experience of 3-5 years required.
  • High communication proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Excellent writing skills are a must
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamic preferred)
  • Experience with marketing automation, or email software (Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights preferred)
  • Experience with go-to-market platforms like ZoomInfo or equivalent to find, acquire, and grow customers
  • Must collaborate effectively with Marketing and Sales teams
  • High communication proficiency, both written and verbal
  • Must have a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, and working knowledge of other Microsoft products and internet-based software required
  • Strong reporting skills
