Family Therapist - In-Home Services

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? We are looking for a skilled therapist to provide in-home clinical services to parents and children across Kansas. You will play a key role in helping families overcome challenges and create safer, more stable environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide face-to-face, in-home therapeutic services to assigned families 5-8 hours per week over 4-6 months.
• Develop treatment plans, coordinate visits, and ensure safety and permanency for children in collaboration with case workers.
• Manage a caseload of 5-8 families, maintaining accurate documentation and monthly reports.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to refine clinical skills and maintain certification.
• Collaborate with community service providers to ensure holistic family support.
• Complete all required assessments, documentation, and reports on time.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field is required.
• Licensed by Kansas BSRB is required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in child and family services, with knowledge of foster care populations and behavioral approaches.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet agency standards for vehicle use.
