The Role

The Assistant Director of Student Experience, under the supervision of Noble’s Senior Director of Athletics and Student Experience, will lead proactive efforts to enhance the experiential needs of students and campuses. Student retention research, strategy, and campus support will be a primary focus, with secondary duties included that align with Noble’s student-experience focus. Specifically, the ADSE will cultivate vision, strategy, support systems, input cycles, data, and professional development mechanisms that enhance Noble campuses in the areas of 1) student retention and support, 2) student advisory, 3) student enrichment, 4) Noble League Sports and Activities. The ADSE will also support MTSS in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Student Supports and campus MTSS Leads.

Student Experience + Student Retention and Support

  • Retention: coordinate, monitor, analyze, report out campus retention data and participate in transfer conversations with campus points and families
  • Retention Professional Development: coordinate and execute professional development with research and best practices for campus Retention Leads
  • Student Retention Data and Analytics: prepare and analyze monthly student retention data
  • Student Retention Dashboard: work with Noble Data Team to build and enhance student retention dashboards
  • MTSS Support: support department and campuses in specified areas of MTSS

Student Experience + Advisory

  • Advisory Strategy and Curriculum: enhance Noble’s student advisory system and curriculum
  • Advisor Development: create systems of accountability and professional development for advisors and Advisory Coordinators
  • Advisory Student-Input Systems: implement student-input survey mechanism to measure advisor impact
  • Advisory Data: monitor, analyze, report out, and support advisory data and impact
  • Advisory Dashboard: work with Noble Data Team to further enhance campus advisory dashboards

Student Experience + Enrichment

  • Enrichment Strategy and Campus Programming: enhance Noble’s enrichment system and strategy
  • Enrichment Development: create systems of accountability and professional development for Enrichment Leads
  • Enrichment Student-Input Systems: implement student-input survey mechanism to measure enrichment impact
  • Enrichment Data: monitor, analyze, report out, and support enrichment data and impact

Student Experience + Noble League

  • Noble League Activities: support the coordination of Noble League Activities competitions
  • Noble League Professional Development: support professional development and collaboration systems for Noble League Activities Coordinators
  • Noble League Participation Data: monitor, analyze, report out, and support student participation in Noble League sport and activities.
  • Noble League Student-Athlete Experience: support department in coordination and execution of student-athlete experience survey administration, collection, analytics, reporting.

Measured Metrics of Success

Success for the Assistant Director of Student Experience is determined by the ongoing improvement of multiple student experience and student support metrics. This includes, but is not limited to, metrics like student retention, daily attendance, student promotion %, student-experience surveys, and student participation rates in Noble League Sports and Activities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Eligibility to work in the United States on a full-time basis
