Overview:
- As a Sr. Analyst specializing in Procurement Systems Maintenance, you will be pivotal in supporting and optimizing our current procurement systems.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Process and Compliance, you will contribute to the enhancement and management of our global procurement systems.
- In this role, you will collaborate with functional teams to develop and recommend strategies for system improvements, integrations, and design enhancements.
- Your focus will be on building a scalable suite of procurement systems that meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify Automation Opportunities: Map procurement data and systems to find and implement automation opportunities.
- Strategy Development: Develop and advocate for strategies and cases for procurement automation.
- Program Management: Support multi-functional programs, managing all aspects including objectives, goals, timelines, and team collaboration.
- Requirements and Solutions: Collaborate to define user requirements and translate them into effective solutions aligned with business objectives and industry standards.
- System Improvement: Apply Source-to-Settle system knowledge to identify and implement process and configuration improvements.
- System Administration: Support procurement system administration, configuration, maintenance, and data migrations.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with business partners.
Experience Requirements:
- Software Implementation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing the entire software implementation lifecycle, including advising on project plans and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Intake orchestration, Contract Lifecycle Management and Source-to-Pay (Ariba) are preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry best practices in procurement, with a track record of applying this knowledge to drive effective procurement strategies.
- Automation Project Experience: Over 3 years of hands-on experience with automation projects, covering all phases from inception to deployment.
- Technology Proficiency: Strong grasp of current and emerging technologies relevant to procurement, such as Ariba, Sourcing, and Intake Orchestration, with the ability to evaluate their potential impact on business operations.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to strategically organize and manage complex projects, including gathering and analyzing evidence, conducting interviews, and preparing detailed reports.
- Data and Analysis Experience: Knowledge and experience with procurement and spend systems data analysis, enabling informed decision-making and strategic insights.
- Multi-Project Management: Skilled in managing and supporting multiple projects and teams simultaneously within a matrixed organization, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
- Leadership Commitment: Proven ability to meet Client's leadership commitments, with experience in applying these principles effectively in a professional setting.
