General Description
This position is located at the WCJC Sugar Land Campus.
The Testing Technician is responsible for accurately administering, scoring, recording and interpreting college based tests and assessment instruments. The Testing Technician is responsible for maintaining all operating functions and procedures in the Test Center, providing excellent customer service to all Stakeholders, and creating a test environment conducive to success.
Requirements
This position requires an Associate's Degree or 60 college credit hours in Business, Education, Computer Information Technology, Psychology or related field. Two (2) years of current related work experience is required. This position requires superior organizational and clerical skills, with up-to-date computer software knowledge and computer skills and superior verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to service. The person in this position must be able to provide continuous courteous customer service to student, staff, and administration. A criminal background check is also required.

Vacation Days Twelve month employees who work 40 hours per week for 12 months - 12 vacation days per year
