Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team to help launch and scale new value-added services for PayPal SMBs. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to bring this vision to reality and drive incremental engagement with PayPal’s merchant base.
Your way to impact
- Drive toward the end-state vision across relevant products/experiences, shaping the overarching strategy and ensuring execution is aligned to it.
- Work across critical domains to achieve these ends, including merchant experiences, commerce, financial services and strategic partnerships.
Your day-to-day
- Balance product, commercial and resource considerations to drive optimal outcomes for our customers.
- Partner closely with product, marketing, finance, design and other critical stakeholders to prioritize and execute on the introduction and adoption of these new experiences.
- Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track progress against delivery targets and growth goals.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to product growth and user acquisition.

The total compensation for this practice may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
For the majority of employees, PayPal's balanced hybrid work model offers 3 days in the office for effective in-person collaboration and 2 days at your choice of either the PayPal office or your home workspace.
