Job Description Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager to join our team to help launch and scale new value-added services for PayPal SMBs. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to bring this vision to reality and drive incremental engagement with PayPal’s merchant base.

Your way to impact

  • Drive toward the end-state vision across relevant products/experiences, shaping the overarching strategy and ensuring execution is aligned to it.
  • Work across critical domains to achieve these ends, including merchant experiences, commerce, financial services and strategic partnerships.

Your day-to-day

  • Balance product, commercial and resource considerations to drive optimal outcomes for our customers.
  • Partner closely with product, marketing, finance, design and other critical stakeholders to prioritize and execute on the introduction and adoption of these new experiences.
  • Monitor key metrics and KPIs to track progress against delivery targets and growth goals.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to product growth and user acquisition.

  • Experience in financial services, payments or eCommerce preferred.
