Objectives/Purpose
- The purpose of the role is to help advance the organizations Strategic Procurement Identity program (Mimoto).
- Mimoto will further refine the procurement identity as a Professional Services Organization providing strategic, forward-thinking, innovative solutions.
- Trusted colleagues driving incremental value through strong Business Partnerships and Strategic Category Management.
- The Mimoto program has four main components, each addressing a specific area to evolve procurement towards the professional services mindset.
- The fifth focus area is on change management, training, and communications.
Roles and Responsibilities
The R&R workstream is focused on redefining and refining the capabilities of business partnering and category management, aligning all the procurement organizations to a single understanding for how we operate as a function.
Business Partner
The business partner workstream will define the Framework and Methodology for how to execute business partnering. This includes guidance and templates that can be leveraged, identifying varying levels of partnering and how to partner with and develop strong relationships with our stakeholders.
Category Councils
The Category Council workstream will be developing the Framework and Governance for how to establish and run effective category councils to drive strategic category planning.
TBS Optimization
The TBS Optimization workstream is focused on clarifying TBS capabilities and solutions, identifying areas of opportunity for improvement, and establishing a plan to further educate procurement on the capabilities as well as drive continuous improvement on existing processes.
Change Management and Communication
This workstream will underpin the entire program and will be responsible for delivering communications and training to users to support the program and the evolution of change.
- The Change Management Consultant demonstrates best-in-class Behavioral Change Management skills to ensure a smooth implementation from the people side of change/adoption.
- The Change Management Consultant we are looking for is a Change Management professional, who is an expert in the people side of change within business transformations and large-scale global programs.
- The Change Management Consultant will lead and/or support one or more workstreams in their change management & communications efforts.
- The Candidate will also support the development of training materials to support each of the workstreams educating the users on the tools and processes. They should possess a good grasp of how to translate business processes and associated documentation into relevant training materials for the respective audiences.
- The Change Management Consultant interfaces with stakeholders in the GREFP and TBS organizations, and other supporting departments and within the program scope. The Change Management Consultant guides, coaches, and facilitates the target audiences, the stakeholders, the program teams, and leadership through the implementation and embedding of new ways of working. (S)he also ensures that the different audience groups receive the required skills and knowledge in a timely manner.
- The Change Management Consultant will be part of the program change and communications team.
Accountabilities
- Challenges and supports the workstream leads and participants to co-create end-user friendly, intuitive, and innovative solutions.
- Conducting audience analysis, as-is & to-be analysis and change impact assessments.
- Prepares and conducts training effectiveness surveys.
- Develops Process flows based on discussions and input from the workstream sessions.
- Develop and build training collateral, 1-page overviews, .ppt slides, videos, and other supporting documentation.
- Supports communications activities (leadership communications, workshops, roadshows, townhalls etc).
- Conducts the training/awareness needs analysis.
- Develops the training/awareness strategy & plan.
- Ensures quality and timeliness of training/awareness material development.
- Ensures quality and timeliness of training/awareness delivery.
- Monitors training/awareness progress and quality.
- Advises on latest innovative training/awareness methods & channels.
- Ensures embedding of new knowledge and skills in the organization.
Additional Information
- Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Organizational behavior, Business Management, or other degree with relevant Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience.
- Change Management Certification or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Experience and knowledge of training principles, methodologies, and tools.
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in OCM, communication, and training.
- Experience in working for a multinational company on large and complex global transformations.
- Strong preference for having business experiences in procurement and/or pharmaceutical environments.
