We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, assisting in the development of strategic digital marketing campaigns, helping lead a team of digital marketing professionals to execute campaigns effectively, and representing the client's viewpoint internally. The Account Manager partners with the Project Manager along with the rest of the internal team to deliver for our clients. The Account Manager is ultimately accountable for making sure we deliver against the statement of work.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering results for happy clients.
What You'll Do:

  • Alongside an Account Director and/or Sr. Account Manager, manage and grow client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all communication
  • Work with the designated client contacts at multiple levels of leadership and responsibility
  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to meet client goals and objectives
  • Guide the day-to-day development of simultaneous content and campaign initiatives across various channels including email, social media, website and paid media
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge and command of clients' businesses
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure client campaigns remain innovative and effective
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as creative, content strategy, development, and analytics to ensure campaigns are executed to the highest standard
  • Manage project and retainer scoping and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
What You Bring:
  • Experience in an agency setting a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing account management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering results with corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including email, social media, website and paid media
  • Comfortable with ambiguous situations and/or conversations and understands how to provide clarity to clients and consultants
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and inspire teams to present their best work
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and social media advertising platforms

Annual salary
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000, exclusive of benefits mentioned above. Your compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
