Job Summary

This position is responsible for product planning and successful execution throughout the product life cycle, including identifying, foreseeing and defining new solutions that will reflect our current and future hospitality area, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate product strategies and visions based on market trends, user insights, and business goals. Align product direction with overall company objectives. Continuously evaluate and adjust product strategies based on market changes and customer feedback.
  2. Roadmap Planning and Prioritization: Develop and maintain product roadmaps that align with the product strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product priorities. Make data-driven decisions and trade-offs to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  3. Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to achieve product goals. Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and accountability. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth product development and execution.
  4. User Research and Insights: Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather customer feedback to gain deep insights into user needs, pain points, and preferences. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive product improvements. Advocate for user-centric design principles and practices.
  5. Product Development and Execution: Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability. Monitor and address any issues or risks that may arise during development.
  6. Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop go-to-market strategies and plans in collaboration with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders. Define target audience, positioning, messaging, and pricing. Coordinate product launches and marketing campaigns to drive product adoption and success.
  7. Product Performance Tracking and Optimization: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure product success. Monitor product performance, user engagement, and customer feedback. Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and product enhancements.
  8. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers. Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and insights. Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to gain alignment and support for product initiatives.
  9. Perform other related duties or specialized areas as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications

  1. Several years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology industry.
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  6. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product development processes.
  7. Strong communication and presentation skills.
  8. Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving product growth.
  9. Knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
  10. Passion for technology and innovation.

Preferred Skills/Abilities/Qualifications

Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Education/Experience

  1. Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of product management experience delivering highly impactful and innovative products at scale.

The pay range for this position is $95K to $125K. Pay is dependent on the applicant's relevant experience.
