The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Line Therapist will provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in the ABA clinic. Line therapist will also deliver weekly parent training to individual families receiving therapy. If appropriate for parent training sessions, line therapist will work with families in their home on a limited basis. Line therapist will collect and graph data daily as well as summarize weekly data at the end of the week. Line therapist will participate in monthly clinical team meetings to discuss client performance. Line therapist will receive and respond positively and actively to feedback delivered by BCBA-D in order to enhance client treatment program. Line therapist will participate in regular staff training programs. Line therapist will participate in the data collection and implementation of research studies within the clinic.• Familiarity with basic principles and knowledge in behavior management of individuals diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities and with the implementation of behavior management plans for individuals diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities
• Ability to recognize appropriate scope of activities and boundaries of role, including limits of confidentiality
• Good writing and verbal communication skills
• Organized, punctual, and possess professional behavior
• Must have reliable transportation to home-based settings

SPECIAL REQUIRED ABILITY FOR INCUMBENTS WHO HAVE CONTACT OR EXPOSURE TO ANIMALS OR ANIMAL TISSUES:
Ability to complete and pass successfully the required occupational health screening referenced in the University's Animal Handler Health Surveillance Program on an annual basis.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND CHECK, PHYSICAL, AND DRUG SCREENING FOR INCUMBENTS WHO HAVE CONTACT OR EXPOSURE TO ANIMALS OR ANIMAL TISSUES:
Selected candidates must complete and pass a background check and an occupational health screening as a condition of employment. For identified jobs, a drug screening will also be required. The background investigation, required occupational health screening, and any required drug screening will be conducted after a conditional employment offer has been extended.
• High School Diploma
• Federal Background Check
• Experience working with children (with or without diagnoses)
• At least 18 years of age
• Training and/or experience in applied behavior analysis
• More than two years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities
• Experience with home based interventions
• Bachelor's Degree
• One year experience working with individuals diagnosed with disabilities
• Registered Behavior Technician
