About the Role

our client is looking for an experiencedCommercial Customer Success Manager to drive strategic renewals while working closely with customers to ensure ongoing adoption and success. This role is highly cross-functional and requires regular interaction with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to advocate for customers. In this role, you will be responsible for executing business customers’ journeys and ensuring ongoing adoption for high spend self-serve customers. Join an existing team and adapt to changes within the business.

The target customer base consists of content creators, marketing teams, and marketing leaders at growing and established companies. The company helps organizations leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate content production and unlock their best ideas. AI is viewed as a strategic partner to break through creative barriers, create tailored imagery, and repurpose content for various formats, languages, and tones.

Responsibilities at the Hiring Company

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial customers for the hiring company, driving renewals and ensuring account retention.
  • Collaborate with approx. 80-100 SMB and mid-market customers to apply AI solutions to their specific industries and businesses.
  • Act as a customer advocate by formulating strategies to enhance customer engagement and success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, driving product adoption and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Develop expertise in the product to share best practices with customers, optimizing their use of the company's full suite of tools.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, support, product, and engineering teams to communicate client feedback, address escalations, provide exceptional customer experiences, and influence the product roadmap.

Qualifications for the Job

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving commercial targets within a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in managing complex accounts and driving renewals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a history of building robust business relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize accounts, and manage time effectively. Capable of coordinating cross-functional resources to ensure customer success.
  • Excitement for the startup atmosphere and a desire to contribute to refining the structure and processes for scaling the customer success team.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with generative AI and across various industries.
  • Prior experience at a SaaS company specializing in CRM or data services.

Compensation Details

The anticipated base salary range for this position is$80,000 - $95,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
