This position dispatches emergency and routine calls for service as well as develops relationships with residents and visitors, providing personalized customer service and hospitality that exceeds expectations.Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hourPay rate commensurate with experiencePay Frequency: Bi-weeklyHow you will make an impact:Track all pertinent information during your shift, and initiate the first level of the incident report for Security and Emergency Services Officer completionMonitor the Emergency Call System for independent livingTrack the status of residents involved in emergency situationsMonitor Fire Alarm SystemDispatch ambulance, private ambulances, or 911 as neededProvide assistance to other departments, as neededWhat we offer:Competitive benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, and PTO in accordance with applicable state law.401k for all employees 18 and over.
