Job Summary

AMAROK is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Solution Manager to join our team and drive our growth and digital transformation. As a key member of our Enterprise Strategy team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering critical technology initiatives that align with our business objectives. Reporting to the SVP, Strategy and Continuous Improvement, this position will be key in AMAROK’s Growth, Process Optimization, and Digital Transformation journey. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders and AMAROK’s IT team, assist with capabilities analysis, and oversee project implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Prioritize, plan, and execute complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to design innovative technology solutions that address business challenges and drive efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement robust QA and testing processes to ensure solutions meet the highest quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to foster collaboration and ensure project success.
  • Agile Practices: Leverage agile methodologies to deliver projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to manage organizational change and minimize disruption.
  • Process Improvement: Document and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • IT Alignment: Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure solutions align with business needs and security standards.
  • Release Coordination: Coordinate the deployment of new solutions across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, project management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong technical expertise, including proficiency in solution design, digital transformation strategies, cloud technologies, and agile frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Certifications in project management, product management, or Agile are a plus.
