Duties include preparing reports, property tax returns, adjusting journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, financial reporting, budgeting, assisting with year-end and audit,
Ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in accounting with 3+ years of general accounting experience, knowledge of GAAP, strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office including proficient with Excel), reliable, and professional.
Permanent Salary Range: $55K to $70K
