The Cadence Care Delivery team is looking for aBusiness Operations Manager. As a Business Operations Manager at Cadence, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely access to care for our patients across all new and existing markets. Your primary focus will be on bridging the two departments of Care Delivery and Solutions within Cadence, requiring a unique blend of skills to support our mission of delivering high-quality, patient-centered health solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Partner with provider relations and partnership teams to plan for growth:
    • Partner with compliance, legal and medical leadership stakeholders to develop and curate clinician licenses, policies and procedures that ensure the availability of clinical resources when and where needed.
    • Partner with IT and clinical leadership to ensure access to external partner EHR systems is received in a timely manner. Be responsible for managing timely updates to project plans to facilitate growth.
    • Ensure Care Delivery is never the blocker to a new market expansion.
    • Serve as the Account Manager for our third party licensing partner, running weekly and bi-weekly meetings, building a strong relationship with account counterparts and holding vendors accountable to licensing timelines and new feature requests.
    • Develop operational and product recommendations to improve the growth and expansion planning process for scale.
  • Run a seamless and efficient scheduling and capacity engine
    • Manage the weekly and monthly allocation of resources across partners clinics, markets, and states to meet appointment availability SLAs.
    • Develop and improve reporting on scheduling (overutilization and underutilization) to ensure our capacity is clearly understood at all levels of the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting and/or operations, preferably in the health tech or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in using operational tools and software (e.g., CRM, EMR systems, project management tools).
  • Proven track record executing and simplifying complex processes.
  • Ability to work remotely and partner with a distributed team effectively.
