Over 1000 schools, across 115 countries, use Kognity to elevate their learning experience for teachers and students. We’re now looking for a sales leader in the US to help us maximize our opportunity with our NGSS-aligned high school science offering.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed ARR targets, closing the larger deals yourself.
- Provide consistent coaching to enable all sales reps to achieve their full potential. Identify themes for improvement with individuals and at the team level.
- Ensure our sales strategies align perfectly with our target market and are flawlessly reflected in our workflows.
- Track metrics; from pipeline progress to deal size, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth to keep us on track to surpass our goals.
In this role, you’ll report directly to our CEO (Hugo) and have a significant impact in defining our go-to-market strategy along with Product and Marketing.
Requirements:
- You’ve grown and managed a sales team at a growth-stage K-12 Edtech company.
- You’re a leader who thrives on supporting sales reps to refine their skills. You can identify areas for improvement and deliver coaching that is empathetic and drives tangible improvements.
- You value structure and strive to constantly improve the efficiency of sales operations processes.
