Property Accounting Manager

Property Accounting Manager:

This position reports directly into the leadership team that has been voted in the top 10 of companies in Real Estate.
What you'll do:

• Spearhead new acquisitions system onboarding
• Supervise a growing team which includes two staff currently
• Maintain accounting database for properties
• Financial Reporting to the parent company and investor board
• Oversee Invoicing and Billing at the property level

Who you are:

• 4-8 years experience in Property Accounting experience within real estate
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
• Public accounting experience - highly preferred
• Supervisory experience - highly preferred
• Yardi - highly preferred

What does this position pay?
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $100,000 to $115,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
