The ideal candidate is experienced in placing the customer first, is highly focused on quality and detail, and is eager to understand and solve customer problems. We are looking for a team member with high integrity, who can work in and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role is part of the North America Sales Team and will be based Hybrid in Loveland, CO. (3 days at the office, 2 days at home)
In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Provide prompt, accurate answers to internal and external customers through telephone, email, and chat.
• Sets up new customer accounts and enters customer transactions.
• Assists with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions, and item information.
• Assists customers in determining product needs and provides basic assistance on products.
• Identify sales opportunities and offer suggestions for complementary items to the customer.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma with demonstrated aptitude for Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field . A degree in a related field is preferred. Candidates with experience in these areas will find it easier to address customer inquiries effectively.
• 3+ years experience adapting to a fast-paced contact center environment, with a strong emphasis on multi-tasking while actively listening to customers and resolving their complaints under limited supervision
• Demonstrated computer proficiency. Experience with Microsoft Office is required, Salesforce and Oracle preferred

The salary range for this role is $22,00 - $29,00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Loveland, Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $24.00 - $27.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
