Job Summary : Supports a clinic physician by proficiently operating the Electronic Medical Record, efficiently entering orders and documenting patient encounters for the physician.

Education and/or Experience

• Graduate of a Medical Assistant program with an Associate's degree or technical degree preferred.
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

• Medical Assistant Registration from the SD Board of Medical Examiners office required.
• National Certification as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through a recognized organization required.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 72hrs/2wks

Pay

• $19.25 - $27.00 per hour
