Role : Area Team Leader
Location: Dorchester, Hybrid (with travel to other sites)
Contract : Full Time, Permanent
Salary : £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support Team Leaders to deliver exceptional care and support services.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, including CQC standards, health and safety, and safeguarding.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with individuals and their support networks.
- Manage staffing, training, and performance to maintain a skilled and motivated team.
- Support the induction process for new staff, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Facilitate team development sessions to promote continuous learning and team cohesion.
- Participate in on-call duties and emergency response management.
About You:
- QCF Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience in social care (preferably with LD or MH).
- Strong understanding of care standards, regulatory requirements, and service improvement.
- Experience with budget management, staff mentoring, and quality monitoring.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel across multiple locations and hold a valid driving license.
