Responsibilities:
- Safely transporting propane and fuel oil to residential, commercial, and industrial locations locally
- Conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle
- Loading and unloading propane/ fuel cylinders and tanks using proper lifting and safety techniques
- Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and customer transactions
- Collaborating with the dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- 1-3 years of job-related experience (preferred) but will train if necessary.
- Positive attitude, safe mindset, and great communications/customer skills.
- CDL-Class A or B (Hazmat/Tanker) endorsements (must attain within 90 days of hire).
- Physically able to lift and pull up to 60 pounds, in all weather conditions.
- Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company’s insurance carrier.
