Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored training programs.
• Design and deliver interactive workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules.
• Facilitate onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development training.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update content based on feedback.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with various training methods, including in-person and virtual.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum Pay Rate for this position is $45k/Annum to $55k/Annum
