JANUS Research Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support HQ USAF Sponsored and Supported Wargaming. This role is crucial for planning, executing, managing, and analyzing various phases of HQ USAF wargames, and is based primarily at Joint Base Andrews, MD with occasional visits to other military locations.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the development of software and database applications for wargame design, execution, and analysis
- Provide systems engineering expertise for wargame-related IT requirements
- Advise and supervise IT engineers, software developers, and associates while coordinating with Data Analysts
- Recommend solutions to AF Wargaming leadership
- Manage the design, development, and implementation of IT solutions
- Advise and manage research and development to continuously improve wargame infrastructure
- Manage LAN development, deployment, and maintenance for wargame execution
- Oversee and direct ISSM and ISSO functions

This role requires you to have:
- Graduate degree with 10 years of experience in modeling, simulations, or operations research analysis
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience developing wargame tools and conducting wargame or operational analysis
- TS/SCI eligible security clearance
