Who we are
We are Chambers Prairie Animal Hospital, let us introduce ourselves! We are a team-oriented 4 doctor practice looking to add a Client Service Representative to our crew of passionate professionals. We believe in a "better together" philosophy and as a result, both staff and patient's flourish!
The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal care, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage a busy front desk while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage billing processes.
• Assist with the coordination of veterinary services and procedures.
• Provide support to veterinary staff as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service office preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A love for animals and a desire to help pet owners.
