Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in full-stack web development, with proven expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong experience with Drupal or other CMS platforms for content management, development, and publishing.
• Knowledge of website performance monitoring tools (Google Analytics, SiteImprove) and ability to troubleshoot performance-related issues.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and web hosting environments.
• Experience in Section 508 compliance and accessibility best practices.
• Familiarity with project management principles, particularly in relation to website decommissioning and archival processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.
• Familiarity with SEO optimization and content strategy.
• Knowledge of NARA requirements and procedures for website archival.
• Certification in Agile Scrum or PMP is a plus.
