Our team is passionate about creativity, professionalism, and exceeding expectations in every project we undertake and we are seeking a highly motivated and creative Studio Administrator to join our team.


The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, efficient time management skills, and be able to maintain an organized customer support system. This role will primarily involve managing the studio inbox, following up with client inquiries professionally, and maintain and communicate with the team on schedules and scheduling additional supportive staff (stylists, photo-assistants) as needed for upcoming shoots. Set appointments and manage studio, and manage the studio calendar. In this role you would be the liaison with clients to provide care before and after sessions by facilitating on-going relationships with clients and providing assistance during photoshoot days on occssion.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the studio calendar, creating and answering emails, communicating with prospective clients, and ensuring that client needs are met on shoot days. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, quick learner, and customer service-oriented individual with a passion for the photography industry. Photography experience is not a requirement but if you have as an office Administrative Assistant/Administrator and familiarity within our industry, we'd like to meet you.


Ultimately, a successful Studio Administrator would ensure the efficient and smooth day to day operation of our studio and experience with an eagerness to learn and grow within the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage studio inbox, including answering emails and responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate with prospective clients, providing information about our services and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Create email campaigns and social media posts that are clear and captivating.
  • Assist on shoot days by preparing wardrobe, props, and other necessary items and activities as per session requirements.
  • Ensure that the studio is organized and tidy before, during, and after photoshoots.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or requests with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Collaborate with the principle photographer to ensure smooth workflow and efficient completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in email management and basic computer skills.
  • Attention to details and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
