Blanchard Grinder Operator

Role

As a Grinder Operator (also known as Blanchard Grinder Operator, Machine Operator), you'll operate large Blanchard Grinders, set up and calibrate machines, and ensure precision grinding of metal parts according to customer specifications. You'll also use overhead and jib cranes, forklifts, and straightening presses, and maintain quality control using statistical tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED.
• 3-6 months experience with Rotary Blanchard Grinding.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, using measuring tools (tape measure, micrometer, caliper), and operating machinery (forklifts, straightening press).
