We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to enhance operational efficiency by evaluating and optimizing business processes. You will examine existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to streamline operations. The goal is to implement scalable processes that align with organizational goals and industry standard processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Process Evaluation:

  1. Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, duplications, and bottlenecks.
  2. Collaborate with key team members to understand business requirements and goals.

Documentation:

  1. Build detailed documentation of existing processes, including flowcharts, diagrams, and written procedures.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.

Data Analysis:

  1. Apply data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and performance metrics related to business processes.
  2. Make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.

Process Optimization:

  1. Design and propose optimized processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
  2. Work with multi-functional teams to implement approved process improvements.

Continuous Improvement:

  1. Stay on top of industry standard practices and emerging trends in process optimization.
  2. Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

Communication:

  1. Communicate process changes to employees at various levels, demonstrating a detailed understanding of their work.
  2. Deliver training and support to teams involved in updated processes.

What We Need to See:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of experience.
  3. Demonstrable experience as a process analyst, business analyst, or in a similar role that involved process mapping and analysis tools.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
  7. Diligent, meticulous and methodical.
  8. Ability to work independently with employees in a variety of roles and seniority.
  9. Adaptability to evolving business needs.

The base salary range is 104,000 USD - 172,500 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
