Our team helps our clients design and implement personal and customised service plans that are unique to privately owned entities, entrepreneurs, and high net worth individuals. You’ll be assisting the team focus on key issues like wealth management, compliance, cash flow management, equity expansion, divestiture and exit strategies.

Demonstrates thought leader-level knowledge and/or a proven record of success directing efforts in assisting companies to understand and assess the tax impact of company business, operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, law firm or corporate tax department of a multinational company, including in the following areas:

  1. Apply your deep understanding of tax compliance and consulting for a variety of entities, including corporations, partnerships, pass-through entities, and Subchapter S corporations;
  2. Demonstrate your technical prowess with ASC740;
  3. Identify and address client needs, developing and sustaining deep client relationships;
  4. Use your networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities;
  5. Prepare and present complex written and verbal materials;
  6. Define resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection;
  7. Lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate members;
  8. Create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
