Are you excellent with clients and customer service? Do you have working knowledge of intake and onboarding of new clients? Our law firm is expanding and needs the help of an intake specialist to take our client relations to the next level and manage our growing caseload.
Our ideal candidate is great on the phone, a naturally compassionate and empathetic listener, and has a dedication to customer service and a passion for helping those in need. Candidate Must have prior legal experience performing intake and onboarding in a legal setting.
Candidate Must speak English and Spanish fluently.

Responsibilities
• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently
• Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
• Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
• Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers' schedules organized and grow our caseload
Qualifications
• Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
• CRM and case management software experience a plus
• Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
• Background in the legal industry preferred
