Job descriptionHK Solutions Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. This position can be based out of Jacksonville, FL or DeLand, FL. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales objectives within an assigned territory through prescribed sales techniques; will cultivate existing customer relationships and develop new account opportunities.Essential Job FunctionsMeet or exceed sales targets within assigned business accounts by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within the customer organizationIncrease sales through targeted, professional sales campaigns to meet territory targetsEnsure profitability of accounts through proper pricing, contract management and service timeSupport customer profitability and effectiveness through tailored solutions; sell all applicable Hydro-Klean product lines while leveraging appropriate pricing components to secure profitable businessConduct customer education and product information meetings to ensure customer is knowledgeable regarding product offerings and regulatory complianceAct as a liaison between assigned customers and servicing branches to facilitate issue resolution (accounts receivable, billing, and service)Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, maintaining productive relationships with colleagues in key accounts, national accounts, and branch service organizationsContinually acquire new product knowledge and selling skills. Keep abreast of the market demands and competitive issues and offers; leverage knowledge to assist in the development of effective customer sales campaigns and target effortsEnsures that all sales actions comply with all regulations and HK Solutions Group corporate policies/processesCollect samples from containers, pits, tanks and vesselsGather information regarding waste generation processPrepare waste profile documentsTravel required, including overnight travel (25%), to cover assigned customer accounts/territory, for meetings and business eventsRequired Skills & Abilities2+ years of business-to-business sales experienceAbility to travel regularly with some overnight trips (overnight travel 25%)Strong negotiation skills; ability to drive decision-makingExcellent communication and presentation skillsComputer skills (MS Applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Valid US driver’s licenseHigh School Diploma or equivalentComfort level working in industrial and manufacturing environmentsPreferred Skills & AbilitiesPrior experience using CRM software tools and reportingAA or BA/BS from accredited collegeKnowledge of hazardous materials and/or waste regulationsBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision insuranceShort-Term and Long-Term Disability insuranceLife InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Holidays (8 days per year)Company cell phone401k with company matchHK Solutions Group is an equal opportunity employer.
