Deliverables & Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design solutions to meet Client's business needs.
• Act as the subject matter expert in Integration Architecture, providing guidance to the project team.
• Collaborate across different teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and thought leader for the business teams.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for better understanding by business units and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Integration Architecture and incorporate innovative ideas to shape Client's strategies.
• Leverage Oracle best practices in delivering solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their processes and gather requirements.
• Support stakeholders in testing system changes and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Convert high-level ideas into actionable business requirements.
• Configure Oracle Cloud products for initial implementation and future process enhancements.
• Understand integration points with other systems, assess and minimize potential impacts.
• Design complex system solutions that integrate effectively with Oracle's overall solution.
• Provide Tier 2 support to users, manage issue resolution, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop technology roadmaps and create migration plans to bridge current and future states.

To succeed in this role, your experience and competencies should include:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. • At least 8 years of experience in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions. • Strong background in computer science or IT, with a proven record of delivering technology solutions.

• Expertise in Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions.

• Experience as an implementor of Oracle’s SaaS/Cloud Applications, including:

• ERP Financials (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable/Receivable, iExpense).
• Supply Chain Execution (Work Definitions, Work Execution, Quality Management, Inventory Management, etc.).
• Product Information Management (Manage Items, BOM Configurator, Engineer to Order BOM, etc.).
• Mobile Supply Chain Management, including integrating 3rd party mobile software like RFSMART with Oracle Cloud.
• Integration with systems like Oracle CPQ, Field Service, and Oracle Transportation Management.
• In-depth knowledge of Integration Architecture. • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
• Familiarity with new and emerging Integration Architecture technologies.
• Experience with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, LEAN, etc.).
• Strong skills in communication and teamwork. • Over 8 years of experience in process mapping, facilitation, data analysis, and the full project lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Minimum of 2+ years with large Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to deliver projects from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
• Experience working in publicly traded companies with SOX compliance.
