Who You Are: A dynamic pharmaceutical/biotech account manager/sales professional with deep stem cell transplant/rare disease experience, customer knowledge and patient focus. Your patient focus drives a passion to achieve and exceed organizational targets through culture building, sound strategy and executional excellence.
Location: FIELD BASED (Midwest) - Illinois - Wisconsin - Iowa
Job Highlights: The Transplant Account Manager will report into the National Sales Director (NSD) at BiolineRx USA. This is a front-line account management position with primary responsibility for preparing the market and launching Motixafortide at high profile Transplant Centers. The Transplant Account Managers are responsible for achieving assigned territory goals of volume and profitability and driving Transplant Center strategy and tactical execution.
Key Accounts include Northwestern Medicine, Rush University Medical Center, University of Chicago Medicine, Loyola University Medical Center, Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital, University of Wisconsin Hospital, and University of Iowa Hospital.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Contribute to a best in class launch of Motixafortide in the myeloma/autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) therapeutic area.
  • Contribute to the development of the culture of BioLineRx USA.
  • Execute a disciplined Transplant Center targeting strategy.
  • Develop and execute account-based business plans consistent with the business and customer needs.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with local clinical experts in Stem Cell Transplant & other specialties that participate in the referral pattern for the Motixafortide indication.
  • Establish strong working relationships with both external/internal colleagues - Transplant Centers, P&T committees, physicians, nurses, apheresis staff, additional important health care providers, key patient advocacy groups, teammates, Reimbursement and Access team, Marketing, Training and Trade.
  • Place compliance at the center of all plans and execution.
  • Analyze sales and customer data to ensure the effective deployment of resources throughout the territory.
  • Maximize the territory budget to support execution of strategies and tactics where needed.
  • Provide business updates on a periodic basis both pre and post launch.
  • Be a resource to the Transplant Center that can work across functions to ensure early and continued use of Motixafortide is smooth and patients have access to the best available therapy.
  • Ensure targeted Transplant Centers and the territory meets or exceeds corporate goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum of five years of sales and/or marketing experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Minimum of five years of transplantation and/or rare disease experience
  • Proven success and positive history of performance with a high degree of integrity in complex markets
  • Ability to analyze sales and other relevant market data to formulate strategic plans and execute plans for success.
  • Strong understanding of Payer environment, reimbursement and challenges within National payer market including government programs, managed health care and evolving health care systems
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of time.
