Your new role As a Process Engineer, you will be the key person to handle the process engineering aspects within the product portfolio. You will also be supporting the production team optimize the procedures, and improve in-process rejections. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent applicable experience required. Masters degree would be a plusKnowledge of Mechanics of Materials and Factory 4.0 principlesMinimum 3 years working experience in related technical field, such as development of new processes or manufacturingGood computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, Statistical Analysis, Minitab, Power BI, Data mining, etc. Familiarity/experience with lean manufacturing, Supply Chain, AS9100, ISO-9001, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement techniques in relationship with the Factory 4.0 Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software would be a plus.
