JOB DETAILS FOR FORKLIFT OPERATOR:
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
* 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3:00PM - 12AM
Pay: $22
DAY TO DAY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FORKLIFT OPERATOR:
• Must be able to utilize rf scanner, voice picking is a plus.
• Willin to be off and on the lift, must be willing to lift 50lbs.
• Will pick single items from aisles and create "pallet" to construct pick orders, once completed take pallet back to dock area wrap pallet and finish outbound process and load on to truck.
• 75-80% equipment use.
• Responsible for organizing pallets / orders to be shipped.
• Fills store orders by picking orders according to section number, packing items into cartons and stacking them in a manner that minimizes shipping damage, entering items into scan gun, and completing necessary paperwork
• Prepares orders for shipment by preparing trucks for shipments; palletizing and wrapping orders; loading pallets and pieces into trucks; placing packing list in last skid; and completing necessary paperwork
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS FOR YARD SPOTTER / FORKLIFT OPERATOR:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Forklift experience is necessary for 1-5 years Stand Up reach truck forklift experience is most important,
