Accounts Payable Analyst – Expense ManagementLocation: Dallas, TXMust be fluent in PortugueseOur client, a global leader in the financial services industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join their Expense Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the seamless transition of accounts payable systems for newly acquired companies into the firm’s internal infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and successful integration of these systems.What You’ll Be Doing:Assisting in the transition of acquired companies' accounts payable functions into the firm’s internal systems.Supporting project management tasks by following up on actions, updating stakeholders, and tracking progress via Smartsheet.Weekly vendor reconciliation, ensuring onboarding in KY3P aligns with S4 system setup.Providing reports and pulling relevant data for management meetings.Collaborating with infrastructure teams on entity creation and system configuration.Ensuring financial systems and payment processes are accurately categorized and configured.Coordinating with Treasury to ensure bank accounts are properly set up.Engaging with category owners for data tracking and reporting.Assisting with sourcing operations and providing necessary information for purchase order creation.Contributing to training plans and onboarding processes for teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluency in Portuguese.2+ years of administrative support experience and 1+ years in an Accounts Payable/Receivable role.Experience working within a large global financial institution.2+ years of experience with vendor management systems such as KY3P and S/4Hana.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable presenting findings to small groups and senior leadership.This is an outstanding opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to critical business operations within a dynamic team.
