We are a fast-growing remote staffing firm with two active verticals:


  1. Medcore Solutions – Specializes in remote, non-clinical staffing for small to medium-sized physician practices, medical groups, small/rural hospitals, and healthcare systems. Roles include billers, coders, prior authorization specialists, accounts receivable clerks, scribes, and schedulers.
  2. Bizforce A/E – Focuses on placing licensed and registered Architects and Engineers in architecture, engineering, interior design, and landscape architecture firms.


Our mission is to help our clients with remote staffing solutions that drive their business forward.


Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales team. We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate a proven track record of growing revenue for at least 2 consecutive years at a previous employer (preferably in the healthcare space). This individual will be instrumental in taking our sales function to the next level and supporting the continued growth of our current verticals and expansion into future verticals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and grow our existing sales team of 7 sales professionals (4 inside/appointment setters and 3 outside sales reps).
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our current revenue and drive our ambitious growth plans.
  • Utilize our current tech stack, which includes HubSpot, Zoominfo, and AirTable, to optimize the sales process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaigns, including a website redesign.
  • Partner closely with the Client Success team (6 members) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service.
  • Work with leadership to identify new growth opportunities across our verticals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales management role with a track record of revenue growth over 2+ consecutive years.
  • Familiarity and established relationships in the Medical/Healthcare staffing space is preferred, understanding of the A/E (Architecture/Engineering) world is helpful if no Medical/Healthcare experience.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on developing sales talent.
  • Experience working with a variety of tech tools including CRM systems, lead generation software, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
