• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Weekend call
• PALS, ACLS and BLS needed
• Average of 3 cardiac cases per month
• Peds & neonates, trauma, neuro, OB/GYN, GI/ENT, PA catheter, vascular, epidural, regional, thoracic
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
