In this role, you will provide management support and oversight for account project leads, drive organic new business growth within existing accounts, develop solutions for enhancing new and existing service offerings, and manage financial reporting and profitability functions for the team. You will:

  1. Demonstrate ability to communicate with clients about account and brand strategic needs that lead to organic growth.
  2. Assist senior management in identifying and quantifying areas for growth.
  3. Drive organic new business growth within existing accounts.
  4. Analyze project utilization reports and identify areas that require scope and budget changes; communicate scope changes with clients.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or advertising.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.

Desired Requirements:

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • 6-10 years’ experience in marketing or advertising.
  • Demonstrated experience working on pharmaceutical brand launch, professional marketing (e.g., direct-to-physician, managed care/healthcare plans, devices, pharmacies, etc.), and consumer marketing (e.g., direct-to-patient, relationship marketing, consumer advertising, etc.).

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
