Are you ready to be a part of an EXCELlent Team! Excelcare at Egg Harbor is looking for a Full-Time/ Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab center.

Location: 6818 Delilah Rd, Egg harbor Twp, NJ 08234

Positions/ Hours Available:

6a-2p | 2p-10p | 10p-6a
CNA 2p-10p 23 dollars with 1 dollar shift diff
CNA Weekend Warrior Every Saturday & Sunday 25-27 dollars an hour
Lead CNA 25 dollars an hour
CNA Restorative Aide 6a-2p | 2p-10p 24.50 an hour

Offer:

Job Summary: The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) maintains a homelike environment for the residents, protects and promotes Resident Rights and assists the person to maintain independence and control to the greatest extent possible.

Further Responsibilities Board of Nursing Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

The person in this position must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
Follow the instructions of the professional nurse/therapist providing care.
Provide assistance with hygiene such as bathing, oral care, and dressing.
Perform and record accurate measurements (i.e. vital signs, or intake/output as instructed in the care plans).
Observe and report any safety hazards found in the client’s home or any significant observations regarding the client.
Attend staff meetings, attend/complete annual in-services, and participate in orientation of new employees.
Report complaints to the RN.
Maintain patient confidentiality/adheres to HIPPA requirements and agency policy and procedures manual.
Possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Report abnormal findings in patient’s conditions as observed and per care plan to RN.

Qualification:

Current NJ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Prior nursing home experience preferred.

Perform the following task when delegated by the RN:

Non-invasive and non-sterile treatments
Collection and documentation of vital signs, height, weight, I/O, environmental situations, client behaviors
Ambulation, positioning, and turning
Transportation
Personal hygiene
