Job Description:
- Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Work a 12-hour shift from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
- Rotate every other weekend and every other holiday.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop treatment plans.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and medical equipment.
- Administer medications and intravenous fluids as needed.
- Document patient care and report any changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families about care plans and post-treatment care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing procedures.
