- High School degree or GED required
- Proficiency in Word required
- One year previous hospitality and customer service experience required
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills
- Clerical skills required including ability to use copier, fax and scanner
- Ability to organize work, handle multiple projects/priorities and be creative in problem solving
- Knowledge of proper English, Spelling & Grammar
- Ability to use independent judgment in initial patient and public contact
- Exhibits cooperative and collaborative skills with all contacts
- Possesses willingness and passion for serving others
- Ability to perform well and display grace under pressure
- Prior experience working with volunteers preferred
- BLS Certification required
